TERM AND CONDITIONS

1. We will provide you with a 3-month warranty on any service used excluding any laptop screen replacement repair.

2. We are not responsible for any data loss, please make sure that you have everything backed up before sending the device to us.

3. If the computer requires a Windows reinstallation, please ensure that data will be lost.

4. We will provide 12 months warranty on PC builds depending on the part used.

5. Free delivery and collection within the towns of Farnborough, Aldershot, and Camberley.

6. The free diagnosis is only free if you decide to go ahead with the repair, otherwise, we will charge you £15 plus delivery and collection.

7. We will try our best to make sure that your product is repaired and we will inform you of the price before carrying on the repair. However, during repair, if an issue arises which was not mentioned before then you will be charged for it.

8. If any further issues arise during and it is found that we are liable then we will fix these issues at no extra cost.
